10:00-11:00 & 14:30 - 15:30
The EMS offers a wide range of equipment that all UoW students can borrow.
VR headsets, 360 & 3D cameras, Depth & 3D Scanners, Electronic & Sensor kits, IOS & Android tablets, Specialist gaming laptops, and more!
Booking
- Use this website to submit an EMS equipment request
- You can search via categories or names to help find equipment
- Equipment pages contain useful information, guides, instruction manuals, etc.
- Your equipment request is not confirmed until you receive the follow-up confirmation email
- Equipment is bookable for one week at a time

Collecting
- Collections are from the EMS store, located on the ground floor of Harrow campus library.
- If equipment is not collected on your chosen day, your reservation will be cancelled
- Equipment can only be collected from 10:00-11:00 & 14:30 - 15:30 (if this is an issue, please contact the EMS technician)

Extending
- If you wish to keep your equipment for longer than a week, you must make another equipment booking request via this website.
- Please ensure you are booking the same item (check the 3-digit BC number on the item box against the code on this website)
- If the equipment is unavailable to be rebooked, you must return it on the agreed date

Returning
- Unless extended, equipment must be returned one week after the booking started
- You will receive reminder emails regarding return times
- Equipment must be returned within the opening hours of the equipment store

To book equipment, you must attend or watch an induction and then complete the attendance form - westminster-uk.libwizard.com/f/emsinduction
FAILURE TO RETURN EQUIPMENT ON TIME MAY RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM ALL UOW EQUIPMENT STORES.
